Proactive Property Care was founded after many years spent managing and maintaining a portfolio of rental homes. During that time, the company’s founder learned how quickly overlooked maintenance can lead to expensive repairs and how difficult it can be to find reliable, honest contractors when specialized work is needed.

There had to be an easier way to care for a home. Homeowners shouldn’t have to wait for something to break, search online for an unfamiliar contractor, and make an expensive decision without knowing whom to trust or whether the recommended work is truly necessary.

That belief led to the creation of Proactive Property Care. PPC gives homeowners a single, trusted point of contact for their ongoing maintenance needs. We help keep routine care on schedule, identify developing problems early, handle many smaller repairs, and provide honest guidance when a larger project requires a specialized contractor.

Our mission is to make homeownership easier and less stressful while helping homeowners avoid unnecessary expenses and feel confident that their home is being properly cared for.
