Hi, I'm George, the founder of Proactive Property Care.

If we have the opportunity to work together, there's a good chance I'll be the one knocking on your door.

I'm a lifelong Oklahoman, Marine Corps veteran, Oklahoma State graduate, former engineer, husband, father of three boys, and have owned and managed rental properties for more than 15 years. Throughout my career, I've learned that one thing is always true, small problems rarely stay small when they're ignored.

Whether it's your family home, a rental property, or a vacation home, I believe every homeowner deserves a trusted professional they can rely on to provide honest advice and dependable service.

Why I Started Proactive Property Care

After years of owning and managing rental properties, I noticed the same pattern over and over again. Small maintenance issues were often overlooked until they became expensive repairs, not because people didn't care about their homes, but because life gets busy and it's difficult to stay ahead of everything a home needs.

I realized homeowners deserved something better than simply reacting when something broke. They deserved someone they could call for honest advice, proactive maintenance, and dependable service from someone who actually knew their home.
